BIO: This fleet is the foundation of our performance shortboard family and the object of our team riders’ love. Because this series has evolved almost entirely because of their input, the Pro-ject can compliment an infinite amount of needs.

SERIES SPECS

P-01RS: Has a rounded square tail that’s flat across the back for quick release. Moderate rocker with triple concave finished with a slight release vee  through the tail. Our back-foot oriented Pro-ject.

P-02RSQ: Has a rounded squash tail or a full round tail. Low tail rocker with single concave into a tail that’s pulled in through the last six inches to handle the lift from the deep concave. Creates a ride that is fast and drivey.

P-03SW: Has a swallow tail. Moderate nose rocker and higher than average tail rocker that lifts early off the midpoint complimented by a single concave that bottoms out at the fins. A very performance-balanced surfboard capable of carves, punts … the whole package.

P-04SQ: Has a light-bump rounded squash tail. High one-foot rocker points, a medium depth single concave with its deep point at the front of the fins. Soft rails around the midpoint with an even volume that gradually tapers and maintains perimeter volume through the tail block.

WAVE POTENTIAL: The Pro-ject will be your main stick and you’ll want to ride it all the time, but it’s a design that shines brightest in the waist-to-double overhead range.

REALITY CHECK: Fine, take it out in small, mushy beach break, you’ll have fun. But take it out in some full, racy walls and you’ll have a blast.

GREEN OR GURU? Guru. Immediately, you’ll feel your skill level going up with this baby under your feet. But no sweat greenies, after going at it on a few of our more beginner-friendly shapes you’ll be ready for the team … not really, but we’d love to let you give the Pro-ject a spin.
